I second this. Hidden Creek actually has a security gate.. but it never works... my friend lived in there and lets just say I'm glad she lived on the 3rd floor.

A friend of mine that lives in Housing also received a letter like that . She was told yes u need blinds weather u have curtains up or not . U can have them pulled all the way up if needed but u must have them on the window
