It depends what kind of orders he has and to where. If he has a 1 year hardship tour, then no, you cannot go unless you go on your own dime. And in Korea, you would need a lot of dimes!! It's quite expensive. If your husband is stationed in Seoul or somewhere down south he can do a two year tour (? or is is 3?) and it would be accompanied, meaning you could go with him. But post housing is limited with long waiting lists so be prepared to live on the economy.
Korea is a great place. My husband was there for a year unaccompanied, but I went to visit him for a couple of weeks and just had the best time. There is so much history and culture to learn from.
