A friend of mine that lives in Housing also received a letter like that . She was told yes u need blinds weather u have curtains up or not . U can have them pulled all the way up if needed but u must have them on the window

I just viewed all 37 of your pictures and I notice that there one only one African-American guy in your photos. I the a true representation of the city of Fayetteville? My family and I attended both of the dogwood and the Fourth of July event, and I sure saw a large amount of African-American there.
