Heritage Restoration Chorale peforms prior to the NC Symphony's concert of patriotic music. Fireworks conclude the evening. Bring your picnic baskets and lawn chairs.

A friend of mine that lives in Housing also received a letter like that . She was told yes u need blinds weather u have curtains up or not . U can have them pulled all the way up if needed but u must have them on the window
